INTERVIEW TIPS VOL 7
18. Tell me about a situation where something went very wrong and how you handled the situation.
Tip: Employers want to see that you can take a bad situation and turn it around into a positive situation. (Ex. When I was a server at Red Lobster, a customer became very angry when the I served him the wrong item. I had keyed in the wrong item on the computer so my ticket was wrong. I quickly apologized and took the item back and put in a rush order for the proper item. Then I asked ray manager if I could offer this couple either free drinks or desert. My manager said this would be okay, so I went back to the table with his new order and told them because of my mistake, I would like to offer them either a free after dinner drink or free dessert. They were very pleased with this service and have returned to the restaurant quite often this situation.)
19. What do you see yourself working at three to five years from now?
This really means: "If we hire you, are you likely to stay for a while?" You can crowd considerable reassurance for the interviewer into this question. Although questions about marriage, babies, child care are illegal, if you have completed you family or do not expect to start one for some time or have good child-care arrangements, strengthen your appeal by volunteering the information. You reply that you know you'll stay and grow with the job because…
Most career experts warn against naming a specific future job you plan to hold lest it mark you as too narrow or inflexible. Rather, indicate that you are mature and realistic in your thinking by discussing areas within government where you can grow based on your expertise and contributions.
20. What led you to choose your field of study?
Have your answer demonstrate the thought put into the decision-making process. Stay away from answers that revolve around monetary compensation or convenience.
21. What courses did you like best? Least? Why?
Stay away from blaming professors for your dislike of the course -this shows immaturity and a lack of shouldering responsibility. Emphasize those activities where you gained transferable skills, such as communication and organizational skills. Employers like well-rounded candidates.
22. What extracurricular activities did you enjoy the most and why?
This is your opportunity to demonstrate leadership abilities and your involvement in outside activities. Emphasize those activities where you gained transferable skills, such as leadership and time management skills.
23. How do you work under pressure?
Make sure that you can demonstrate your ability to "get the job done" by using past experiences as examples.
24. What three things are most important to you in a job?
Hopefully the job you are interviewing for offers these things, so try to relate them to why you choose this company over any other (e.g. good working conditions, a growing company, excellent staff, etc.) Do not mention money.
25. What would your references say about you?
Try to think of qualities in yourself that you know would apply to the position for which you are interviewing.

INTERVIEW TIPS VOL 6
8. "What are your long Range Goals?"
This question is popular because it gathers a lot of useful information: maturity, foresight and realistic outlook, degree of preparation in career planning, and commitment to the organization and profession. In your research determine what position you could reasonably reach in five years. Speak to others who have successfully advanced themselves in the organization or profession. Express your desire and capability to grow within the organization. While you may be unsure of your future plans, demonstrate your knowledge of potential career paths.
9. If you were hiring somebody for this position, what qualification would you look for?
Once again, use the SCAN skills. (Ex. Somebody that can communicate well and work both as an individual and as part of a team. Someone that understands how this organization works and how to get the best results the quickest way. Someone who is up to date on technology, which knows what software, would help this company to attain its goals.)
10.Are you more comfortable working as a part of a team or individual?
Be honest. If you are a person who would rather work alone and you get frustrated when you have to rely on a team to get results, then you do not want a position that requires you to be a part of a team that always works together. You will very quickly become frustrated and unhappy in your job. Many companies want team players, so if you are comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team, now are a good time to state this.
11.What do you know about our company?
Make sure to do your research before the interview.
(Here you can let the interviewer know you have done your pre-interview research.)
Mention all the positive things you can about the specific work, branch or department, how their needs match you skills and abilities.
12.Do you prefer working alone or with others?
The interviewer is looking for a sign that you are confident and able to work without supervision, yet at the same time that you can work as part of a team and value other's opinions.
13.What characteristics do you think are necessary to be a success in your field?
Mention the characteristics that match with the position for which you are applying.
14. How do you react to criticism?
Make sure that your answer reflects your willingness to listen and improve upon your work performance.
15. What do you expect from a supervisor?
Be honest and realistic; stay positive and do not go into past negative experiences.
16. Describe your ideal Job.
Try to have your answer reflect the qualifications of the position for which you are applying, yet maintain honesty.
17. What are your future career goals?
Answer this question assuming that you will still be with the company, even if you don't intend to be. The interviewer may be interested in someone who is flexible to the idea of internal movement or in someone who will stay with the company. You do not need to give a specific title or position. A general idea is sufficient. For example: I see myself helping the organization reach its corporate objectives by using my technical experience in an upper-level position.

INTERVIEW TIPS VOL 5
Make sure that you practice answers to the following sample questions. Be sure to provide specific examples and to focus on the positive at all times. Remember that your answers should not sound memorized, but rather organized and well thought out. Experienced interviewers can tell the difference between sincere answers and those read out of a book. Keep in mind that for all questions the best answers are honest answers.
1. "Tell me About Yourself"
(Here the interviewer is really asking you about yourself as a person, not about job skills.)
A common opener, this broad question can "throw" many interviewees. It is in fact a "sell-me" invitation. Develop a brief summation of your background leading into your interest and desire to work for the organization as well as your qualifications for the position.
This is the opportunity to sell yourself and bring to light your distinguishing attributes. An example: I thrive on challenges and change, and consider myself to be very flexible. Tell the employer something not found in your resume that you would like him or her to know, such as your abilities or accomplishments. Do not talk about family, hobbies etc…, unless they directly relate to the position.
2. What is your greatest strength?
This is a great question to show your employability skills. Talk about being a team member, being able to use various computer software etc. This question really means: "Tell me how your abilities fit what's needed for this job". Suppose the position you're applying for requires initiative. (You figured this out before hand by analyzing characteristics needed for this type of work and by analyzing their job descriptions.) Instead of simply stating, "I'm definitely a self-starter", be prepared with examples. To illustrate your initiative you might be able to say: "My present boss travels almost 40 percent of the time. I have to deal on my own with problems in customer service scheduling, expending numerous day-to-day plans".
Attempt to turn your weaknesses into strengths and explain what steps you have taken to do so. You also can use weaknesses that can be categorized or an overachiever. Try to have your requirements relate directly to the requirements of the position for which you are interviewing.
3. What is your greatest weakness?
Always choose a weakness that you are striving to improve or a weakness that can also be strength. (Ex I am still reaming various computer software since it is constantly changing. Or, I am a perfectionist, which at times may bother people who work for me but I feel nothing should leave this office until it is perfect since it is a direct reflection of the quality of our work.)
Everyone has a weakness but remember not to answer in a negative way. Turn your weakness into a positive (for example) "Because I tend to procrastinate, I have learned to work well under pressure and to always get work done on time".
If you insist you have none, you'll lose out as having no insight into yourself. Instead, choose an appropriate strength and be prepared to report it as a "weakness".
Perhaps for this job, system is essential. You might confess you can't stand work done on a piece-meal, what's today's-crisis basis. You like to plan ahead, to foresee and prevent problems. Just the "weakness" needed for the position.
Or, perhaps there is a weakness in your experience, knowledge or skills - something that is needed for the job, something you know you need to work on. Admit you weak area and state how you plan to improve in that area; i.e. course you have enrolled in, volunteer work you are doing, etc…
4. "Tell me about your Schooling"
The key to this question is to keep your reply positive. Speak well of your alma mater. You are a product of your school's educational programs. Be prepared to address questions about low grades, major changes etc…
5. Why are you leaving your current position?
Stay positive, even if you're leaving a negative situation. Employers are looking for employees with good attitudes even when working in bad situations. Complaining about your past employer will not win over a new employer. (Ex. "I am looking for a company that will give me the opportunity for better personal growth". This is much better then saying "My current employer does not know how to properly treat people, he is unfair and terrible to work with".)
Here the interviewer is trying to determine whether you had difficulties at your previous workplace which may re-occur.
Difficulty at one job, with circumstances unique to that situation, is not likely to occur again. Be honest, but do not elaborate unnecessarily. Point out the unlikelihood of similar circumstances. Point out any positive ways in which you handled the situation.
There are many legitimate reasons for leaving a job, i.e.: only a term position, promotional opportunities, change in location, change in careers, looking for more challenge, experience, lay-off, job cutbacks, etc…
6. Why should I hire you instead of another Candidate?
The employer wants proof that you are the best potential employee. (Ex. I know how an organization such as your works. I understand the right procedures and paths to follow to get the work accomplished efficiently and professionally. I am also a team player who can work well with all personalities and use these unique personalities to get the best results.)
Focus on the qualifications for which the employer is looking and the responsibilities of the position; stress how you fit these qualifications.
Here is your chance to really help the interviewer make a decision in your favour. Sell yourself. Quickly respond with your specific top job related skills and positive characteristics. Some ideas might be: conscientious, dependable, enthusiastic, interested in this area, strong desire to do this type of work, willing to give extra effort, can work on my own, am responsible, like to be held accountable, get along well with others, see a job through to the finish, etc…
From your research, you should have gathered information on entry level opportunities within the organization and the necessary qualifications for those positions. From your own self-analysis you will have gained insight into your strengths and accomplishments. Mention key functions of the job and discuss your skills in relation to these functions. Use experiences from previous jobs, internships, and activities as examples to support you answer.
7. How would your skills benefit this organization?
Briefly focus on the needs of the company as they pertain to the position for which you are applying. State why you believe you are qualified for the position and be confident that you are the person for the job - try to state facts and figures. For example: I have been named employee of the month three times in the past year, and I am sure that I can make the same kind of contribution here.

In a candidate as a good servant, the chief virtue we expect is intellectual integrity".
* Try to project in the mind of the selector that you have a great interest in the job for which you are being interviewed. You reason in support of your preference for the job should be solid and convincing.
* Speak in a well modulated voice pleasing to the ears of the Interviewing Officer. Be clear in your conversation. Clarity of voice, construction of meaningful sentences, proper modulation, methodological and convincing way of presenting facts all are essential for the positive results. Fast speed in speech should be carefully avoided.
* If you want to lay stress on a particular point, it is advisable to emphasize that particular word. Simple and short sentences have greater clarity and are more effective than a difficult and lengthy construction of the sentence. The sentence should be simple, short and effective. Try to answer to the point only.
* At the end of the interview await the signal from the Chairman before getting up, thank him and the Board with a smile, walk out in a natural gait, and then close the door behind you gently.
INTERVIEW TIPS VOL 4 QUESTIONS GENERALLY EXPECTED
Five years ago, when asked to describe your management style, you could impress an interviewer by talking about using performance-management techniques, setting expectations, measuring feedback and rewarding performance - evidence that you knew how to manage. Now the situation is more complicated- and more urgent. In addition to showing that you're a capable leader, you must prove that you know how to encourage individuals to work together to accelerate problem-solving. In the past, team-building was recognized primarily for its ability to shape culture. However, given today's accelerated pace, you must show that you understand how to navigate in a complex environment, where how well you work with other parts of the organization is what ultimately produces results.
In the end, all interviewing boils down to one simple query, whether it's asked overtly or simply implied: "Will this person make the company a better place?" show that the answer is yes, and you'll ensure that you're the one who gets the nod.
Stay positive in all your answers. Promote your skills. Watch your body language. Interviewers are looking at body language while you are in an interview. If you are slouching, swinging your legs and playing with your hair, it will give the interviewer the feeling you are not a self-confident person. You always want to sit straight up, pay attention and make sure you are not doing any nervous gestures.
Questions Generally Expected in an Interview
Q1) Tell us something about yourself
* Your name
* Your educational qualification (name of the degree; name of university)
* Your professional qualifications
* Your hobbies (do not state many hobbies)
* Your aim in life
Q2) Tell us something about your family
* Your father and his profession
* Your mother and her profession / homemaker
* Your younger brother / sister, elder brother / sister (just mention) and if you are the youngest talk about yourself in the end.
Q3) Why do you want to join a call center?
Don't
It was my childhood dream; never use statements like this. You can never plan your career in your childhood.
'To meet different people and not peoples'. They will get an impression that all you want to do is make lots of friends rather than being interested in the job.
Do's
You may say that the job gives you an opportunity to interact with people from all different walks of life and different parts of the world.
Say it enhances your career - it widens your horizons.
It gives you a chance to be directly involved with people and help them arrive in better shape
Q4) What is so special about you that you should be chosen for this job?
Don't
Never use statements like 'I' think I'm good' or I can do well
Never tell your shortcomings or weakness like being short tempered.
Do's
Always be positive in your approach
Always tell your strong points
Being confident
Doing your work with full dedication
Having faith in your abilities

TRANSFORMING YOUR PASSION
Do you know you can transform your passion into PROFIT? "YES,of course" if you believe in your ability of achieving this. However,it would be a dream in futility hoping to turn your PASSION TO PROFIT in a venture of your dream if you don`t START.
You have to START because talking alone without working towards realizing your dream is never enough.
Remember, anybody who hopes to build a thriving business has to start somewhere. The truth is that if you don`t start, you won`t start. Do away with the reasons why you cannot start and embrace reasons why you can start and create a business propelled by a burning passion to make a difference.
Don`t say "I DON`T HAVE THIS, I DON`T HAVE THAT"and so have it postponed. Understand that all you have now is what you need to start, and what you don`t have you don`t need. Starting is the first step towards attainment. You don`t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great.
Some people complains of having no office hence, they won`t start.
"HAVING NO OFFICE? Start from you home",
"HAVING NO MONEY? Start with the little you have",
Find ways of giving your ideas wing to fly.
Never ignor the days of little beginnings, small beginnings are often the room that births great enterprises. You may start by offering your services for free. This one secret method most organizations apply by giving out some of their products to people for free. Doing this, telling people and giving a face to your services can also help to jump start your business.
Your starting small should not entail reveling in mediocrity. Excellence should be your driving force. One of the reasons the growth of some businesses are stunted is because the owners downplay the place of excellence and focus entirely on making profit. Strive to be worl-class in your service delivery. Every positive effort yields success, and to be successful, you have to give more and better service that is expected of you.
Pause, think and review your program-plans. Ask yourself what and what you need to apply. Learn new things to aid you achieving your goals. Don`t stop learning, because when you do, you start becoming lean in your business pursuit.
Your mind is a vital equipment for the attainment of your passion. Your dream is stunted in size and scope when the mind of the host is stunted in growth. START SOMETHING TODAY AND WATCH YOUR PASSION TURNS TO PROFIT.

SOME SEX MISTAKES SOME WOMEN DO
SOME SEX MISTAKES WOMEN MAKELadies, be honest: when your sex life becomes a little humdrum, out comes the mental catalog of all the ways your partner isn’t quite measuring up,especially by understanding women’s bodies and what turns them on, making them easy targets in the blame game when sexual satisfaction starts to wane. And sure, they make their fair share of bedroom errors. But as the saying goes, it takes two to tango. As it turns out, top sex and relationship experts say that women make plenty of sex mistakes of their own.Do you agree with them ?.Below are some of their views on some common sex mistakes women make in the bedroom and what you can do to get the satisfaction you so rightly deserve.
NOT INITIATING SEX FIRST.
By not initiating sex first with their partner, perhaps in other not to appear pushy or come on too strong for fear of being labeled aggressive,is one of the biggest mistakes women make.
Most guys feel like they are always the initiator and that sets up disequilibrium on the passion scale in the relationship. Generally, men want to be pursued by their partners just as much as women do.Holding onto outdated ideas about sex roles also inhibits satisfaction with our sexual relationships.
WHAT TO DO:
Show your interest by taking the first step from time to time. Your partner will likely appreciate it, and you may find a new level of satisfaction in taking responsibility for your sexual experience, something most people feels strongly women must do.
WORRY OVER OUT LOOK:
Thinking about how you look during sex stops you from enjoying yourself and ruins your chances of achieving an orgasm. Don’t think about your fatness or how fat your belly is,or the makeup on your face. Concentrate on the pleasure of the act.You must give yourself permission to have an orgasm and enjoy your sexual fun.
Most men want their wives to abandon themselves in sex play, and that’s not likely if she is anxious about her physical concerns. So get HOW YOU LOOKS OFF YOUR SHOULDER and concentrate on the mean thing and doing them at the right time with the right person as long as he`s turns on by your method.
THOUGHT OF SEX BEING CASUAL:
Some women assumes casual sex with is what men deserves. You should let go of the old-fashioned notions, such as women are not sexual or that sex is just sex to men. No,you don`t reason like that because, for some men, sex is a very important act and there should not be minimize or a limit especially it has to do with one`s partner.
Men and women find sexual intimacy in the context of a committed relationship to be more satisfying.Numerous research studies make it very clear that the people who have the best quality and most frequent sex are married couples. That says a lot about the inadequacies of casual sex. Never assume that a man is not romantic. Two huge mistakes in this culture are that women are not sexual and that men are not as romantic [as women].
NOT KNOWING WHEN HE NEEDS IT
Not being able to know when to disturb or offer your partner sex is one of the factor of" SEX MISTAKES WOMEN MAKE. Sure, most teenage boys are ready and willing just about any time you ask for sex, but not true for men. The pressures of everyday life --family, work, bills -- can zap a man’s libido. This comes as a big surprise to many women, and often his lack of interest in sex is something we take personally.
It comes as such a shock [to women] that they just don’t believe it,especially when their partner says they aren’t in the mood for sex. They know themselves that they are not always interested in sex but they still love the man. But when they discover he doesn’t want to have sex, they think, ‘he doesn’t love me or he`s cheating on her.’ Not true. He just doesn’t want to have sex perhaps he is tired and this you must try to understand.
GUIDANCE
Not giving your partner guidance is one of the mistakes women make. Guidance is one of the ways of achieving a satisfying sexual relationship. Talking very directly about sex, what we like and don’t like can make us sometimes feel uncomfortable, even with a partner we’ve been with for a long time and otherwise feel close to, But it’s one of the ways ways to achieve a satisfying sexual relationship.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Men very much want to please a woman, but the woman must take responsibility for her sexual encounter. No man can bring a woman to orgasm if she doesn’t take responsibility for her sexual experience. Even the best lover can’t know what she needs without her letting him know. You can tell them in a way that doesn’t kill their ego, they will appreciate it and try doing their best to satisfy you.
GETTING EASILY UPSET
Getting easily upset when your man is not yielding to your request or suggestion in an issue which seems right to you,is one of the common mistakes women make. After a couple has been together for a while, it’s natural to want to spice things up with a little variety. Just because your man wants to try something new doesn’t mean he’s unhappy with you or your sex life. Just try and understand him and don’t take it personally. If you do, he could get discouraged and may not not be in the right mood to satisfying you sexual that very moment.
ADVISE TO COUPLES
Nobody should ever feel obligated to do something they don’t want to do in the personal and intimate area of sexuality. If your man asks you about trying something that’s outside of your morals, make it clear that it’s off limits for you and explain why. Of course, do this in a loving way as best you can. If it is something that is not really a moral issue for you but you still don’t want to, again explain why. If it is a simply a startling request and you’re initially uneasy about it, try not to overreact. Instead, let him know you need some time to think about it.”

DID YOUR PARENTS TELL YOU THIS ?
Did your parents tell you this, because that is what mine told me?
That a stone is enough to break a glass, one sentence is enough to break a heart, one second is enough to fall in love, and one misunderstanding is sufficient to break a relationship.
Friendship is the rainbow between two hearts, sharing two characters, FIRST, "I LIKE YOU", then " I LOVE YOU",
Now i`m afraid to lose you. If you don`t send this to everyone on your list, you may lose the person you love. Sorry i don`t wanna lose the person i love. cheers...

CROSS GENERATION RELATIONSHIP, ANY WAY OUT?
Cross genration relationship could be seen as a situation where the older man or woman engages the younger ones, and the younger ones after the older ones in a relationship. This act as expressed by some people is eating fast in this our generation nowadays. Many things have been said and done against this unusual behaviour by many religious leaders and organisations.
They sees it not just IMMORAL ACT,but crazy on the side of our society and if left unchecked, could negate the intellect, aspiration-vision-dream, social and well being of our society especially, on the side of the youths.
However, for those who founds solace in this type of relationship, they sees nothing wronge in it and so, they are proud being part of it in as much they derives fun from it.
Some poeple are also of the opinion that dating younger women has its problem hence, they goes after the older ones. They said older male lover nurtures his ego with his younger lover. This gives him the feeling that though, he is pilling up the age, he still looks young, attractive and sexy enough to win the attention of a young lady.
Though at the back of his mind, he knows that the size of his pause gave him mileage in advantage.
DRESSING: There are also life style of dressing that young people engage in these days, this continues to excite the sexuality and morality ot most people. Unlike those days when people dressed responsibly, you don`t begin to think about sex when you see someone passby you. But nowadays, what do you have? people walk about dressed "TO KILL: all the time.
Go to the restaurants, they are there. In the bus, they are there. At home, they are there. On the newspapers and magazines, they are there. On the television and internets, you see them. No matter how discipline you are, except you have some problems, some of this things will continue to remind you about sex and that it is available.
We are living in a society where sex is almost free for the asking now. Where you don`t ask, the girls themselves will take you on. And in some occasions, some celebrated clergy men and respected members of the society has fallen prey to this monster called "SEX", and it will only take a man of great courage, discipline, and dedication to overcome this.
WHY DON`T MEN GO FOR WOMEN OF THEIR AGE MATES OR OLDER?
This is one of the questions asked by a lady who feels men always go for younger women. Is it because there are no elderly women out there looking for men? Certainly no, some of them do it just because of their ego.In some cases, they take the advantage of the problem in their marriage and engages in post marital infidelity. Some homes living happily with their wives still indulge in this act because they feel it gives then joy. But there are no justification for using this as cause for cross generation relationships. It is just a matter of ego. A stupid inmate desire to satisfy an uncontrolable sexual urge. It is a very big social problem that can lead to social embarrassment.
CROSS GENERATION RELATIONSHIP, The role of age gap: Its always a hot topic to discuss whether age gaps are a good thing or a bad thing. For some people, they simply mean two people who curently have a thing for one another. While some argue that an age gap relationship will never last. Its a fair argument. With an age gap, two people can grow apart very easily as they go through the different phases of their lives. Same thing applies to couples of the same age. One thing to consider is that, most relationships fail at some point anyway. It doesn`t matter if there is an age gap or not, even when some people think its wrong for obvious reasons. In the end, its still a relationship and all relationships will come with their own issues.
Some people are of the view that, cross generation relationships are good because an older man is like a father whan in relationship with a young woman. It may be true, but is there anything wrong with it? "YES", some people will say, because in actual fact, i don`t know of any woman who will want to date her father. However, because a man`s status rises with age, the older he gets, the better in view and behaviour. Women like men who are of high status and high quality, and these makes older men just perfect. As he gets older, he discovers and realises who he is, he is more comfortable with himself and has experience on his side. He can be a better lover because he is more confident. He is a better leader and decision maker.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE BY CHANGING YOUR ATTITUDE
Believe it or not, there will be a time in ones
life when nothing would seem to go well for that individual.
You may not regard yourself as beautiful or successful. All
your relationship may seem to be unhealthy...no job,no money,
no quality family communication, your friends may not want to
be bothered with you.
However, you should always have one thing at the back of your
mind which you`ve gotten plenty of," ATTITUDE", of which you
need to change and see things move right for you.
Your attitude towards others leaves much effect on your person.
Your bad attitude leaves negative impression of who you are and
Good attitude leaves positive impression of your person.
If you apply bad attitude, it follows you where ever you go.
The way you comports yourself in the public determines how people
regards you. If you are such that naggs alot, definately people will
be mindfull of the kind of things they discuss with you.
So the question is; Do you argue stupidly or negatively?, are you found
of arguing unreasonably with family members? How do they regard your
contributions to family issues? Do you easily get fussing and having
an issue with someone? If "YES", then pause a while and think again.
If you are such, i want you to know that this behavior might wear on you
and unless you sit down and ask yourself why you lash out all the time?.
What could i change in my life?, it will occur to you that you have to change
your own life.
Listen, you are the reason things are not going right for you.
You are the reason for your unhealthy relationships and unhappy existence.
So set out to change "YOU" in you and your overall outlook on life.
Your personal thoughts are the greatest seeds in your life, begin to revolutionize how your thoughts affects you and others. Stop being a victim and slave to past
hurts and pains and quit replaying the negative perception of yourself planted by others. Stop thinking things like, why don`t i have this or that?, whats wrong with me?, why doesn`t that person like me?.
Stop complaining about your situation because rather than make you feel good and happy, it will make you feel bad, greatly hurted and frustrated.
Begin to realise that your negative thoughts creates negative emotions, negative
attitude, and altimately, a negative person.
I was once a big basketful of negativity, i gradually learned how to let go of the
past and began to walk down the path of forgiveness of myself and of others, and to understand that who i am is OK, gradually, that negative experiences disappeared.
Chose to have a positive attitude and see your past experiences as part of life.
Continue on this path of positivity over your life and you would be amazed how
you life will turn around for better. Having not gotten that particular job didn`t mean you are a horrible person. See it that that job wasn`t meant for you

If so, what are those things they did to deserve such an honor given to them?. Could they have done it without the contributions of other people? and if the answer is "no",why were those other contributors not recognised? Does it mean they are not part of the system? Are they not created by the same God or came from the same state? why will their right due to them elude them?

PUTTING OURSELVES AT SERVICES OF OTHERS
Sometimes we complained how unjustly we`re treated by those we thought would show love to us.but the question is ,"who hates who,and why hate rather than love"?.if we continue to complain and cry aloud without taking measures to calm this ugly scenreo,we might end up complaining to eternity.
Not withstanding,if as a speaker, you speak in words which seems to come from God...impacting positively in the life of people, if as a helper you render help as though every action was done at God`s LOVE so that in everything we do He is glorified, if only we could keep a calm and sober mind, above all never let our love for each other grow insincere,"SINCE LOVE COVERS ALL MOST EVERYTHING", If with heart full of love we could welcome each other into our lives without grumbling, like a good steward resposible for all his guest and put ourselves at the services of others, the world will be troble free for us to live.
