Cross genration relationship could be seen as a situation where the older man or woman engages the younger ones, and the younger ones after the older ones in a relationship. This act as expressed by some people is eating fast in this our generation nowadays. Many things have been said and done against this unusual behaviour by many religious leaders and organisations.

They sees it not just IMMORAL ACT,but crazy on the side of our society and if left unchecked, could negate the intellect, aspiration-vision-dream, social and well being of our society especially, on the side of the youths.

However,for those who founds solace in this type of relationship,they sees nothing wronge in it and so, they are proud being part of it in as much they derives fun from it.

Some poeple are also of the opinion that dating younger women has its problem hence, they goes after the older ones. They said older male lover nurtures his ego with his younger lover. This gives him the feeling that though, he is pilling up the age, he still looks young,attractive and sexy enough to win the attention of a young lady.
Though at the back of his mind, he knows that the size of his pause gave him mileage in advantage.

DRESSING: There are also life style of dressing that young people engage in these days, this continues to excite the sexuality and morality ot most people. Unlike those days when people dressed responsibly, you don`t begin to think about sex when you see someone passby you. But nowadays, what do you have? people walk about dressed "TO KILL: all the time.

Go to the restaurants, they are there. In the bus, they are there. At home, they are there. On the newspapers and magazines, they are there. On the television and internets, you see them. No matter how discipline you are, except you have some problems,some of this things will continue to remind you about sex and that it is available.
We are living in a society where sex is almost free for the asking now. Where you don`t ask, the girls themselves will take you on. And in some occasions, some celebrated clergy men and respected members of the society has fallen prey to this monster called "SEX", and it will only take a man of great courage, discipline, and dedication to overcome this.

WHY DON`T MEN GO FOR WOMEN OF THEIR AGE MATES OR OLDER?
This is one of the questions asked by a lady who feels men always go for younger women. Is it because there are no elderly women out there looking for men? Certainly no, some of them do it just because of their ego.In some cases, they take the advantage of the problem in their marriage and engages in post marital infidelity.Some homes living happily with their wives still indulge in this act because they feel it gives then joy. But there are no justification for using this as cause for cross generation relationships. It is just a matter of ego. A stupid inmate desire to satisfy an uncontrolable sexual urge. It is a very big social problem that can lead to social embarrassment.

CROSS GENERATION RELATIONSHIP, The role of age gap: Its always a hot topic to discuss whether age gaps are a good thing or a bad thing. For some people, they simply mean two people who curently have a thing for one another. While some argue that an age gap relationship will never last. Its a fair argument. With an age gap, two people can grow apart very easily as they go through the different phases of their lives. Same thing applies to couples of the same age. One thing to consider is that, most relationships fail at some point anyway. It doesn`t matter if there is an age gap or not, even when some people think its wrong for obvious reasons. However, because a man`s status rises with age, the older he gets, the better in view and behaviour. Women like men who are of high status and high quality, and these makes older men just perfect. As he gets older, he discovers and realises who he is, he is more comfortable with himself and has experience on his side. He can be a better lover because he is more confident. He is a better leader and decision maker.

Believe it or not, there will be a time in ones
life when nothing would seem to go well for that individual.
You may not regard yourself as beautiful or successful.All
your relationship may seem to be unhealthy...no job,no money,
no quality family communication, your friends may not want to
be bothered with you.
However, you should always have one thing at the back of your
mind which you`ve gotten plenty of," ATTITUDE", of which you
need to change and see things move right for you.

Your attitude towards others leaves much effect on your person.
Your bad attitude leaves negative impression of who you are and
Good attitude leaves positive impression of your person.

If you apply bad attitude, it follows you where ever you go.
The way you comports yourself in the public determines how people
regards you. If you are such that naggs alot, definately people will
be mindfull of the kind of things they discuss with you.

So the question is; Do you argue stupidly or negatively?, are you found
of arguing unreasonably with family members? How do they regard your
contributions to family issues? Do you easily get fussing and having
an issue with someone? If "YES", then pause a while and think again.

If you are such, i want you to know that this behavior might wear on you
and unless you sit down and ask yourself why you lash out all the time?.
What could i change in my life?, it will occur to you that you have to change
your own life.
Listen, you are the reason things are not going right for you.
You are the reason for your unhealthy relationships and unhappy existence.
So set out to change "YOU" in you and your overall outlook on life.

Your personal thoughts are the greatest seeds in your life, begin to revolutionize how your thoughts affects you and others. Stop being a victim and slave to past
hurts and pains and quit replaying the negative perception of yourself planted by others. Stop thinking things like, why don`t i have this or that?, whats wrong with me?, why doesn`t that person like me?.

Stop complaining about your situation because rather than make you feel good and happy, it will make you feel bad, greatly hurted and frustrated.
Begin to realise that your negative thoughts creates negative emotions, negative
attitude, and altimately, a negative person.

I was once a big basketful of negativity, i gradually learned how to let go of the
past and began to walk down the path of forgiveness of myself and of others, and to understand that who i am is OK, gradually, that negative experiences disappeared.

Chose to have a positive attitude and see your past experiences as part of life.
Continue on this path of positivity over your life and you would be amazed how
you life will turn around for better. Having not gotten that particular job didn`t mean you are a horrible person. See it that that job wasn`t meant for you
Always wear a smile face and be the reason for others to smile.I bet you God will

Depression: Depression is frequently seen as an emotional response to upsetting situation such as illness, failure, or death of a loved one.

Psychological: Long term stress can cause psychological problems in some individual. Symptoms such as withdrawal from society, compulsive behaviors ,eating disorders,and night terrors could be associated with it.

* Managing Stress: Stress can be best manage by regular exercise, meditation or other relaxation technics, structured time outs,and learning new coping stratigies to create predictability in our lives. The management of stress depends mainly on the willingness of a person to make the changes necessary for a healthy lifestyle.
