Begin to realise that your negative thoughts creates negative emotions, negative

I was once a big basketful of negativity, i gradually learned how to let go of the
past and began to walk down the path of forgiveness of myself and of others, and to understand that who i am is OK, gradually, that negative experiences disappeared.
Chose to have a positive attitude and see your past experiences as part of life.
Continue on this path of positivity over your life and you would be amazed how
you life will turn around for better. Having not gotten that particular job didn`t mean you are a horrible person. See it that that job wasn`t meant for you
